Police officials declared to Kacey Montoya that two peoples will face charges for their actions after an ultralight plane crashed Sunday in southwest Oregon.
Shade Cove poice declared that the plane engines stopped late Sunday afternoon and crashed into a fence,very close to a row of houses.
Kacey Montoya talked with the investigators and found that the plane and the fence were heavily damaged.The pilot left the scene of the crash and recovered the wreckage without announcing the police of the crash.
A woman living in this area identified the pilot as being Chris Malott from White City and the owner of the plane as Ryan Thompson of Shady Cove.BOth of them will be charged by Police for their acts.

Please Help A Needy Clark County Schoolkid
An annual program to help needy Southwest Washington children get back-to-school clothing is having problems with cash this year.
Usual, the "Child Spree" program allows those children to buy in one of several Vancouver-area stores for up to $100 of clothing, close that they otherwise couldn't afford. Also in the past, a donor annually contributed 6,000 to the effort.
This year that donation didn't happen, so the call went out for help.This Monday afternoon, Target stores did announce a donation, but a lot more is needed. The Clark County operation is run out of the Vancouver office of the Division of Children and Family Services. More…
